SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A man who fell through a building’s skylight in San Francisco’s Mission District died this morning, according to a police spokeswoman.
Medics received a call around 4:20 a.m. of a man falling through a skylight in a building located in the first block Shotwell Street near 14th Street.
The victim was a male between the ages of 30 and 40. He fell through the skylight, landing in the garage below the building.
Medical crews pronounced him dead at the scene.
The man had apparently been on the roof drinking with a friend prior to his fall.
The San Francisco medical examiner’s office has not yet released the identification of the man, pending notification of his next of kin.
