PALO ALTO (KRON) — Palo Alto police have arrested a 53-year-old man Sunday for indecent exposure, police said Thursday.
Police received a report of an indecent exposure at around 4:29 p.m. in the 700 block of Clara Drive, police said.
A woman reported that she saw a man identified as Clark McElfresh naked and masturbating in his backyard but in full view of the public sidewalk and street, police said.
When officers responded, McElfresh was allegedly naked in his front yard. Officers booked McElfresh into the county jail on suspicion of indecent exposure and a probation violation.
McElfresh was on probation in Santa Clara County for lewd conduct, according to police.
