SAN BRUNO (KRON)—A man was arrested Tuesday night in San Bruno for suspicion of driving under the influence and hit-and-run, police said.

Javier Marquez was arrested after his car was found overturned on Fourth Avenue and Angus Avenue East.

Officers arrived on the scene around 5:25 p.m. where they found Marquez’s car, but not him.

Marquez is accused of leaving the scene, but was found a few minutes later by police.

An investigation proves Marquez was driving under the influence of alcohol when he crashed his car, according to police.
