SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A 37-year-old man was arrested in San Francisco Thursday afternoon for abducting a child and violating a temporary restraining order.
The man violated the order by taking his 6-year-old son away from a daycare in the 300 block of Eddy Street in a silver Toyota Prius at about 3 p.m., according to police.
The man had been served the restraining order the morning of the incident by officers. The restraining order was meant to keep the man away from his son and his 34-year-old-wife.
Police said they found the child safe.
