A Pennsylvania man was arrested after he reportedly strangled a driver who was singing Christmas songs.
25-year-old Clayton Lucas was a passenger in the car going from a halfway house to a treatment class, according to KDKA. The driver of the car was singing Christmas music, which made Lucas angry.
Police said Lucas “reached around ]the driver’s] seat and began choking him.”
According to the criminal complaint, the victim almost lost consciousness but was able to flag down a trooper, who noticed the victim’s neck was red and his eyes were also bloodshot.
Lucas was later taken into custody and faces multiple charges.
