Man accused of murdering co-worker at Santa Clara’s Central Park

Police have arrested a man they believe is responsible for the death of a man found in Santa Clara’s Central Park

Police found Raynard Hyde, of Campbell, with a bloody nose near the duck pond last Friday at around 7:18 a.m.

Officers tried to revive the 54-year-old but he died at the park.

Investigators determined his death is a homicide and ended up arresting his coworker as a suspect.

Twenty-five-year-old Gage McCartney is charged with murder.

McCartney, of Sunnyvale, is a co-worker of Hyde.

McCartney was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for murder.
