SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — BART was experiencing major delays at San Francisco stations for trains heading to the East Bay Wednesday morning due to a disabled train.
The trains first began experiencing delays around 8 a.m., BART officials announced on Twitter.
BART trains are now recovering, but delays are still expected if traveling through the Transbay Tube from San Francisco and into the East Bay.
BART has seen an increase in riders due to the recent Super Bowl 50 road closures.
