Livermore (KRON) Police in Livermore are worried a friendly game of “Assassin” that started this week could lead to high school seniors getting injured.
“Assassin” is a game where one player tries to “assassinate” another player using fake weapons like a nerf dart gun. A cash prize then goes to the one player left in the game.
The Livermore Police Department would like to discourage high school seniors from participating in the game of “Assassin.”

Livemore Police say they have received reports during previous “Assassin” games of reckless driving, suspicious persons and prowling
Police also say teens injured while playing this game. For instance, one teen tried to escape from his attacker by quickly ducking into his car and hitting his head on the door frame knocking him unconscious. Another teen attempted to flee in her vehicle from her “assassinator.” She lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a house.
