ALAMEDA COUNTY (KRON) — KRON4 is looking at the impact new express lanes are having on your commute.
Last year, the toll lanes were added to part of Interstate 580 in the East Bay.
It is basically a car pool lane but anyone can pay to drive on it.
More of these lanes are being built.
