PITTSBURG, Calif. (KRON) — The ice cream man had more than just popsicles in his truck.
Pittsburg police said they busted the vendor after a concerned parent reported seeing fireworks in the ice cream truck.
“Our officers located a stash of M-1000’s and other fireworks,” police said.
The suspect was issued a citation. His identity was not released.
