FREMONT (KRON) — A construction crew working on a new apartment complex near Fremont Boulevard and Thornton Avenue found a human arm bone laying in the dirt, according to the Alameda County Coroner’s Office.
The crew contacted the coroner’s office after finding the bone. When crews showed a picture of the bone to the coroner’s office, it believed it was human, according to Fremont police.
The coroner’s office later took pictures of the scene and is investigating.
The bone was found by the construction crew on Tuesday, March 8.
No other information was made available by police.
