(KSEE) — Thirty pounds of Methamphetamine bound for the streets of Fresno has been seized after a successful sting operation by the Fresno Police Department Major Narcotic Team, and the Department Of Justice High Impact Investigation Team.
On Tuesday Officers arrested 25-year old Guadalupe Garcia for the sale of 30 pounds of Methamphetamine.
The arrest was the result of a month-long investigation during which undercover officers negotiated with drug traffickers from Mexico.
Garcia was arrested when the sale was supposed to go down and had allegedly transported the Methamphetamine to a pre-arranged location for sale to undercover officers.
K-9 Officer Buster was used to locate the narcotics found in Garcia vehicle.
Garcia was arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail for the possession for sale of illegal narcotics.
