An accident on Interstate 680 in Benicia is causing major delays.
KRON4’s Robin Winston says the accident happened around 7:00 a.m. when a tanker truck collided with a vehicle on the Benicia Bridge.
Robin suggests drivers avoid the area and use alternate routes.
