WOODSIDE (KRON) — State Highway 84 from Canada Road and Tripp Road in Woodside will be closed for much of the morning commute, according to the San Mateo County Office of Emergency Services.
As of 4 a.m. both directions of traffic are closed along the two mile span.
Around 11 p.m., a car crashed into a pole near the freeway. That pole must be replaced before the road can reopen.
The San Mateo County Office of Emergency Services expects the freeway to remain closed until about 7 a.m.
