Highway 101 Northbound Lanes Reopen in San Rafael

(BCN) All lanes of northbound U.S. Highway 101 in San Rafael are open this evening after a fatal collision closed three lanes this afternoon, California Highway Patrol officials said.

All lanes reopened at 4:38 p.m., CHP officials said.
