(KRON) — There is a heat advisory for Sunday and Monday around many parts of the Bay Area. The National Weather Service issued the alert Friday morning.
High temperature will mostly be in the 80’s to mid 90’s near the Coast.

Friday and Saturday are expected to be warm as well however the hottest temperatures are expected Sunday and Monday. In some cases there will be recording breaking temperatures and the hottest so far this year.
If you are going to be outside for extended periods of time you are urged to drink plenty of fluids, stay in the shade as much as possible.
Also never leave kids or pets in a vehicle, temperatures can quickly reach dangerous levels.
