Recognize this suspect?
Hayward police say he’s wanted in connection with the assault of a woman last Friday.
According to authorities, the victim was assaulted in the area of Calaroga Avenue and Turner Court.
The victim was able to fight off the knife-wielding suspect and get help.
Surveillance video shows the suspect running to a nearby car.
