FREMONT (KRON) — Fremont police are hosting a meeting Thursday night at the city council chambers to provide an update on the city-wide community video project.
The Fremont city council had approved $300,000 for use in a community video program. The program is specific to the use of video surveillace and license plate readers on roadway exit points out of the city.
Next Tuesday, another community meeting will be held at city council chambers to continue discussing the program and get public input.
The meeting will be held at 3300 Capitol Ave., Building A at city council chambers.
