Concord (KRON) The former the Chairman of the Board of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce has been arrested on child porn charges.
52 year-old Jeffrey Kasper of Concord was arrested on May 7 at his home on Anita Court.
In March, the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into the illegal downloading and file sharing of child pornography from a residence in Concord. The investigation found that digital videos depicting children engaged in sexual activity were downloaded to a residence located on Anita Ct.
A week ago detectives served the search warrant and detained Kasper at the house. Detectives located evidence of the crime inside the home, including pornographic videos depicting children.
Kasper was transported to jail where he was booked and processed for possession of harmful/obscene matter depicting minors in sexual acts.
