WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) – An 18-year-old man has been charged with practicing medicine without a license.
Malachi Love-Robinson opened a medical office in West Palm Beach and passed himself off as a doctor, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. Love-Robinson had been investigated by the Department of Health in October 2015 for practicing medicine without a license.
On Tuesday officials conducted an undercover operation, during which the suspect “performed a physical exam on an undercover agent and offered medical advice,” deputies said.
In addition to the criminal charges, the Department of Health issued several citations to Love-Robinson.
