OAKLAND (KRON) — Firefighters extinguished a one-alarm fire in a two-story taxpayer building early Tuesday morning in Oakland, according to the Oakland Fire Department.
Oakland fire dispatch received reports of the blaze in around 12:30 a.m. in the 7700 block of MacArthur Boulevard, according to officials.
The fire was in a taxpayer building, which has a business on the first floor and a residential unit on the second floor.
No word on how the fire started, or the extent of the damage.
