Three people were injured when a grass fire spread to a junkyard in Antioch Wednesday night.
The fire broke out around 5:37 p.m. in the 2700 block of Highway 4.
Officials say the fire started as a brush fire then spread to a nearby junkyard, prompting the response of a hazardous materials team.
Public health advisories were issued for Pittsburg and Antioch because of the burning hazardous materials, but the warnings were lifted this morning.
A firefighter and two others were injured.
No details were released about the nature of their injuries. The conditions of the victims are unknown at this time.
