A fire near Highway 101 has closed the southbound Woodside Road offramp in Redwood City on Thursday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol said.
The offramp will stay closed until about 6 p.m. due to the “smoldering” brush fire.
It is not known when the on-ramp will reopen.
There are power lines near the fire.
Drivers are being asked to take alternate routes.
