UPDATE 10:17 P.M. — Mandatory evacuations have been ordered for the Quail Ridge community, where there are currently 150 structures threatened by the fire.
Mandatory evacuations have also been ordered for the Golden Bear community, according to Blankenship.
Homeowners in the Mix Canyon area, where structures were threatened, campers at Canyon Creek Campground and hikers in the Cold Canyon area have been evacuated, Blankenship said.
State Highway 128 at Wragg Canyon Road is closed to through traffic, Blankenship said.
No injuries have been reported and at this time there are no known structures destroyed by the fire. The cause of Wednesday’s blaze is still under investigation.
The Red Cross has opened an evacuation center at the Winters Community Center at 201 Railroad Ave., in Winters, according to Blankenship.
UPDATE 6:50 P.M. — The “Wragg” fire is now at 4,000 acres and is 5 percent contained, according to Calfire. 150 structures are threatened. Firefighters are planning to remain on scene overnight. There are more than 300 firefighters on-scene.
UPDATE 5:26 P.M. — Evacuations in the area of Cold Canyon including the Canyon Creek Campground. Officials say the fire is traveling at a rapid rate of spread.
“The terrain is brush covered, rugged and steep, with difficult access. Winds are erratic. Fire crews and air resources are working on perimeter control and containment,” Cal Fire said in an incident report.

NAPA COUNTY (BCN) — Cal Fire is responding to a brush fire near Lake Berryessa that started from a traffic collision on state Highway 128 around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The fire is burning between the Markley Cove Resort and Monticello Dam, according to the CHP.
A spokeswoman for the resort said the fire is burning about 2 miles away and she is waiting instructions from Cal Fire.
According to Cal Fire, 300 acres have been burned.
Highway 128 is closed from the resort campground south of the Napa-Solano County line to Markley Cove in east Napa County, according to the CHP.
