OAKLAND (BCN)–A female victim was kidnapped Friday afternoon in East Oakland, police said today.
The kidnapping was reported at 3:37 p.m. in the 1700 block of Seminary Avenue.
The victim was hit with a blunt object. She suffered minor injuries in the kidnapping and was taken to a hospital.
Police said there is one suspect and no one is in custody.
