SAN FRANCISCO (KRON)—The FBI is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man called the “Audi Bandit” who is accused of robbing three banks in the Bay Area within the last three months.
The three robberies happened at these times and locations:
-Wells Fargo Bank on Broadway in Burlingame on May 27.
-Fremont Bank on Holmes St. in Livermore on June 3.
-Wells Fargo Bank on Hopyard Rd. in Pleasanton on June 3.
The suspect has been leaving the banks in two different cars that are Audi models.
An late model of the Audi A7 was spotted on May 27 and the other was a Audi Allroad on June 3.
Both the car involved in the robberies had car dealer license plates, tags or inserts.
The FBI is describing the suspect as a Hispanic man about five feet seven inches tall with a medium to skinny build.
He was wearing a white mask that looked like it was made out of an article of clothing, sunglasses, jeans, dark hoodie and jeans.
