The Old Farmer’s Almanac has published its winter forecast, and it’s looking like Northern California could be in for a cold, wet winter!
The Sierra will be snowy with normal temperatures.
Southern California is expected to be cold and dry.
In comparison, the rest of the country will be in for above-normal temperatures this winter.
It’s attributing the milder winter to a decrease in solar activity and a weak El Nino.
