Family searches Bay Area for missing North Bay 21-year-old

Santa Rosa resident Felix Magana, 21, told one of his brothers he was going out for a walk on Monday.

He was spotted at the San Rafael Transit Center and hasn’t been seen since.

“I would greatly appreciate some help to find him,’’ his brother said. “Whoever would like to help please come.”

On Saturday, Magana’s family searched several cities in the North Bay for him.

“Oh, he’s very important,” his brother, Jose Vasquez, tells KRON4. “I need him home. Felix come home.”

Magana is one of five brothers and they all joined the search party, focusing on the San Rafael Transit Center where he was last seen Monday morning.

“He just said he was going to go out for a walk and never came back,” Vasquez said.

Felix lives in Santa Rosa, doesn’t drive or have a bike. He only has a skateboard.

His brothers say he’s been struggling with mental health issues and they don’t suspect foul play in his disappearance.

“He might have not taken his pills,” his brother, Antonio Vasquez said. “He just had a mental breakdown.”

The family also searched Novato and San Francisco.

The San Rafael Police Department is aware Felix was last seen in their city but at this point, he can be anywhere.

“We’re trying to have him home,” his brother says. “We all miss him.”
