VALLEJO (KRON) — Devastating new criticism of the Vallejo police is coming from the family of Aaron Quinn.
His mother, brother and sister-in-law said Quinn was first a victim of the kidnapper. Then, they said he was the victim of incompetent investigators.
Three months after the abduction, the stress was still visible as Quinn stood with Huskins at a news conference on Monday. On March 23, he was tied up, drugged, and thrown in a closet while Huskins was abducted. After 12 hours, he freed himself and called police, who then subjected him to 17 more hours of interrogation.
