(KRON)—If you’re angry or upset, don’t exercise.

Experts say to simmer down and relax because it could save your life.

Scientists from the Institute of McMaster University say heavy exertion while stressed or mad triples the risk of having a heart attack within an hour.

The risk was greatest between 6pm and midnight and was independent of other factors such as high blood pressure, smoking, and obesity.

The study involved more than 12,000 people suffering a first heart attack in 52 countries.

The average age was 58 and three-fourths were men.
