OAKLAND (KRON) — A somber anniversary Friday, as it has been two years since baby Daphne Webb went missing.
Her father had claimed she was snatched from her car seat when he went inside a liquor store at the corner of 79th and International Boulevard in Oakland.
Daphne’s father, who was once considered a suspect in her disappearance, committed suicide back in May.
