Evacuations in Sonoma County lifted after Bomb Squad responds to possible explosive device

UPDATE 5:51 P.M.:

All-clear given.

SONOMA COUNTY (KRON) — Evacuations are being made as Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad is responding to a possible ‘device that might be explosive’.

The device is placed at the Windsor Wine Country RV Park located at 8225 Conde Lane in Windsor. The Wine Country RV Park and Mobile Estates is being evacuated to the Windsor Elementary School.

The Windsor Fire Department responded to a fire in the RV Park and saw what might be an explosive device.

Windsor Police Department is alerting residents to a dangerous situation.

Conde Lane is closed at Oakfield and at Broadleaf.
