BURLINGAME (KRON) — On Friday night at 10:24 p.m. Burlingame police received a call reporting a vehicle in the water.
Officers responded to the scene to learn that the cause of the vehicle in the water resulted from a solo vehicle accident.
The driver swam to land to be contacted by officers. He did not suffer from any injuries.
The male driver was then arrested for driving under the influence, according to Sgt. Kashiwahara.
No other individuals or vehicles were involved in the accident.
