Police are trying to figure out what happened after one person was found shot on northbound 101 in San Jose.
A car was reported blocking at least one lane on the freeway near Tully Road around 9 p.m. Monday night.
Officers say they found the driver unresponsive and had been shot. The driver was transported to a hospital.
Police say the person was not shot on the freeway and was trying to drive to a hospital.
