SAN FRANCISCO (KRON)— A San Leandro resident, who is accused of driving one of the three cars doing donuts on the Bay Bridge on Sunday, has pleaded not guilty in San Francisco Superior Court.
Moises Rosales, 20, was arrested after the California Highway Patrol after several people reported three drivers going through traffic at a fast rate around 3:30 p.m.
The cars were a black Ford Mustang, a white Ford Mustang and black Chevrolet Camaro.
All the cars stopped traffic on the Bay Bridge by spinning donuts in both directions of traffic.
Another driver caught the whole incident on his cell phone and notified the CHP.
The CHP stopped two of the suspected cars.
Rosales was arrested and the other driver was cited.
