MARIN COUNTY (KRON) — The three young transients accused of robbing and killing a yoga teacher and a San Francisco tourist have pleaded not guilty Thursday.

The Marin County District Attorney’s office filed first degree murder charges against three transients suspected of gunning down a hiker in Marin County and a Canadian woman whose body was found in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.

They also pleaded not guilty to special circumstance.

The original scheduled arraignment of the three was postponed because one of the suspects has not yet been assigned a court-appointed attorney.

Morrison Haze Lampley, 23, Sean Michael Angold, 24, and Lila Scott Alligood, 18, are in custody in Marin County. They fled to Portland after the alleged murders where they were discovered and arrested.

The judge granted defense attorneys request to have the preliminary hearing scheduled in May to allow them to prepare their case due to the complexity of the case, but the judge warned that no more time would be given.
