DoorDash experiencing issues across platform

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (KRON) — DoorDash reported Wednesday it is experiencing issues system issues across the platform. The issue was reportedly fixed about an hour later.

According to tweets from Door Dash users, the app was giving login errors. In one reply to a user, DoorDash Help said: “We’ve been experiencing delays/issues with our app and system.”


“We’re currently experiencing issues with the DoorDash platform,” the San Francisco-based company wrote on Twitter. “Please know that we’re doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.”

For delivery people on the app, DoorDash was reportedly having issues sending delivery orders. A Twitter user tweeted the messages that appear to be from DoorDash, saying “We tried to send you a delivery, but it didn’t successfully reach your phone. We’ve removed it from your app and give it to another Dasher. Check you connection or restart your phone. You will not be sent another order until you click ‘Resume Dash’.”
