BERKELEY (KRON)– KRON 4’s Vicki Liviakis found a new treat in the Berkeley that is tried and true, but also daring and new. So what is it? The Canadian favorite, poutine.
Smoke’s Poutinerie in Berkley just opened, giving students what they didn’t know they had been missing.
Traditionally, poutine is fries and gravy with cheese curds.
But at Smoke’s Poutinerie, they take it a step beyond that, adding all sorts of toppings.
And good news for students with a late night craving; Smoke’s Poutinerie is open until 4 a.m.
