Crews are battling a brush fire on 101 North in South San Jose on Wednesday afternoon.
The fire erupted at around 3:02 p.m. south of Hellyer Avenue.
The right lanes are blocked.
Drivers are asked to use alternate routes and to avoid the area.
There is no estimated time to reopen the roadway.
