CONTRA COSTA (KRON) —
UPDATE 8:05 A.M. — Contra Costa County firefighters this morning have contained a structure fire in North Richmond.
Firefighters responded earlier to a fully involved fire at a structure on Fifth Street.
Firefighters first reported the blaze around 6:30 a.m.
Contra Costa County firefighters are responding to a fully involved structure fire in North Richmond around 6:30 a.m.
The fire broke out at a structure in North Richmond near Peres Elementary School.
Currently, at this time there have been no reported injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Firefighters will remain on the scene once the fire is out to determine the root cause.
