CONCORD (BCN) — Police arrested a man last week in Concord after he allegedly solicited a lewd act from a woman, police said.

Concord resident Matthew Davis, 22, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. June 27 after he followed the woman to an area near Turtle Creek Road and Newhall Community Park where allegedly attempted to solicit the act.

The woman told police she has seen Davis before and had been followed by him in a black Mitsubishi Eclipse, according to police.

Police described Davis as a white man with brown hair and green eyes. He is 6 feet tall and weighs about 175 pounds.

Davis was arrested on suspicion of stalking and soliciting a lewd act, police said.
