SAN FRANCISCO (KRON)—Two people were seriously injured Wednesday afternoon after a head-on collision in San Francisco’s Sunnyside neighborhood.

The crash was reported before 2:30 p.m. on the 100 block of Judson Avenue close to City College of San Francisco.

A 48-year-old man had a medical emergency while driving when he lost control of his car, police said.

The driver’s car hit another head-on which caused the other to crash into a parked car and then a house, police said.

The home does have structural damage from the crash.

The two drivers were taken to the hospital and are seriously injured.

Police say they are expected to survive.
