SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The lawyer for the Vallejo kidnapping suspect Matthew Muller said his client will plead not guilty to the charge that he abducted Denise Huskins.
He also released photos showing Muller before his recent trouble with the law. The 38-year-old graduated from Harvard and served with the marines. He worked as an immigration attorney but lost his license for failing to file a Green Card application for a client who had already paid him.
Muller’s attorney said his client has a bipolar disorder. A family friend said he never saw any signs of mental illness.
KRON 4’s Maureen Kelly talked to former college classmate who said he thought Muller had a bright future.
