San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick loves using the “7tormsComing” hashtag on social media, but on Tuesday, he made the mistake of trying to use it to make a joke about a serious situation.
The state of Texas, especially the city of Houston, has had to deal with a tremendous amount of rain in the past 24 hours. That rain has led to severe flooding, which has damaged houses and even led to some deaths.
