Police are investigating a threat against Diablo Valley College students today.

The shooting threat as written in a bathroom on campus.

Classes are set to continue, making parents upset.

Parents are angry the school isn’t shutting down after the threat written in a bathroom was found yesterday.

There will be an increase in police presence today but parents say that’s not enough.

The threat, written in the bathroom stall in the Humanities Building, reads “Get ready — for the lucky person reading this — your life will be spared on Thursday the 13th, the last day of classes I will imebcile classmates.”

The person then wrote “You’re going to report this? I always get my way,” and signed the letter “Z” plus a drawing of a gun.

Campus police are continuing to investigate what they call a non-specific anonymous threat.

In addition to more police officers, there will also be counselors standing by to help students who may feel anxious about this threat.

Parents have reached out to KR4ON4 saying the campus should be shut down due to the threat.

Police say if you see something suspicious, don’t think twice about calling it in.
