SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Pizza is one of the most popular food items in the world and it’s now taking the next step.
The long wait for your pizza might have come to an end thanks to a Pizza ATM. The new vending machine located on the campus of Cincinnati’s Xavier University makes pizza the way you want it to.
The University teamed up with a French company to make the idea a reality.
It only takes three minutes to make the pizza and the machine is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The company, Paline, says the machine will hold 70 pizzas at once. Customers will be able to use a touch screen to pick one of the $10 pizzas, which will be heated for several minutes, placed in a cardboard box and ejected through a slot. The Associated Press contributed to this report.
