Chipotle Mexican Grill announced on Wednesday it’s relocating its Denver headquarters to Newport Beach in Southern California.
Officials say about 400 workers in Denver and New York City will be impacted.
In a statement, officials said functions within the Denver office will either be consolidated in Chipotle’s current office in Columbus, Ohio or moved to Newport Beach.
Newport Beach will serve as the headquarters for the company’s operations, business development, marketing, communications, finance, and other corporate functions.
