Caltrans finds eight trash bags full of marijuana along Highway 4 in Antioch

ANTIOCH (KRON) — Caltrans found not one, not two, but eight trash bags full of marijuana in Antioch Thursday.

The large trash bags were found alongside Highway 4.

The Caltrans crews took the bags to the maintenance yard and called authorities. The California Highway Patrol then processed and destroyed the drugs.
