A 4.1 magnitude earthquake has struck near Lake Tahoe on Thursday afternoon, according to the United States Geological Survey.
KRON4 viewers reported feeling the quake in Truckee.
The quake struck at 3:08 p.m. and had a depth of 0 kilometers, the USGS said.
The quake was centered 21.7 miles north-northwest of South Lake Tahoe and 26 miles southwest of Reno, Nevada.
