A Massachusetts man is demanding answers after a bus driver was caught on camera denying him service.
“Well, it’s cause you’re black,” the bus driver said in the video.
The man who was refused service, Kevin Brooks, says he was shocked.
“What he said was completely inappropriate, has no place in society, has no place in public transportation or any public accommodation setting,” Brooks said.
The transit agency fired the bus driver after an investigation.
The victim’s lawyer says he sent a letter to the agency seeking remediation.
They are also considering legal action.
